Business Centre

The Hawthorns Business Centre is housed in the original courtyard within the grounds of the 17th century farmhouse.  It offers modern office space, commercial property and workshops in traditional stone buildings.

There is plenty of parking onsite and additional break-out spaces, such as the walled garden, barbecue area and water-side conservation area.

There are a range of offices to let, all in period buildings and of various sizes and capacities. Some offices can be linked, with connecting offices available to rent as one unit for larger companies or those wishing to expand.

The business centre is also served by a defibrillator machine, located in the courtyard, and available to tenants and employees.  It is a valuable addition for First Aid training purposes.

The conversion of workshop units A, B and C from redundant farm buildings was a project supported by the Rural Development Programme for England, for which Defra is the Managing Authority, and part financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas.

Unit 6 is a traditional two storey stone barn of approx 1,200 sqft, set at the top corner of the main courtyard. Whilst it has been refurbished into a well appointed modern office with all the expected amenities it retains some interesting character features including the original recessed pigeon loft wall.

An added benefit of this well presented office is the rear of the building opens onto the walled garden, with plenty of space to sit out for lunch or hold alfresco meetings, beyond the walled garden is the scenic pond with further places to sit or take a walk in the wild grasses and flowers.
