Finding Serenity in Business at The Hawthorns Estate
Published: 18th December 2025
When the founder of Zentrin Baby, Emily Tobitt, became a new mum during the uncertainty of a global pandemic, she found herself searching for something that didn’t seem to exist. There were plenty of baby classes to choose from, but none offered the calm, serene atmosphere she was searching for. Rather than settle, she took a leap of faith and created Zentrin Baby – a thriving passion business redefining postnatal experiences. Here, Emily shares how The Hawthorns Estate has been instrumental in bringing her vision to life.
A Calm Beginning
“I started Zentrin Baby nearly four years ago, just after having my daughter,” Emily proudly begins. “During lockdown, I found myself missing the chance to connect with other mums in person rather than over screens. When restrictions eased and I looked for baby classes, nothing matched my vibe. Everything felt very animated and overwhelming. I wanted something calm, modern, and uplifting, so I decided to create exactly that.”
Emily’s longing for beauty, tranquillity, and meaningful connection is evident in every detail of Zentrin Baby. It is worlds apart from the traditional baby classes filled with singalongs and noisy activities. Instead, the focus is on providing a space where mums and their babies can truly relax.
Finding the Perfect Space
With a clear vision for Zentrin Baby, the search began for the ideal space. But finding a location that ticked every box was no easy task.
“I had specific requirements,” she explains. “Ground-floor access for prams, ample parking, a kitchen, storage, and a space where mums could feed, change nappies, or simply have a moment to themselves.”
“The drive here was simply stunning – it immediately set the tone for something special. Then I met Chris and was blown away by how helpful and transparent he was, not like other landlords I’d encountered. Everything about the process was smooth and supportive. It was clear this wasn’t just about renting a space; it was about fostering a community.”
More Than Just a Location
Discussing what sets The Hawthorns apart from other commercial spaces, Emily doesn’t hesitate… “One of the biggest game changers has been the access to the beautiful outdoor space. It has transformed the experience for the families who attend my sessions. After class they can head outside for a little picnic, relax in nature, and make the most of their time at Zentrin Baby. It elevates their whole visit and provides them with not only a class but a moment of calm in their week. You just can’t replicate that in a standard commercial unit.”
Emily admits to having had some initial hesitation, knowing nothing about Corse before starting the hunt for her perfect location. However, she’s found the centralised rural setting has actually widened her reach and connected her with more parents and babies than she ever expected.
“I’m now attracting clients from all across Gloucestershire – Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, the Forest of Dean. Being here has broadened my reach and brought me to people who value something unique.”
Setting Zentrin Baby Apart
Since moving to The Hawthorns Estate, having a dedicated space has elevated Zentrin Baby immeasurably. Before, she had to rent village halls by the hour, which imposed limitations on how her business could operate. Now, she has complete creative control.
“Being based here has allowed me to refine every detail,” she explains. “Whether it’s the sensory lighting, knowing that my space will remain spotless, or customising it to reflect my ethos, I’ve been able to create something truly special.”
This has resonated with clients and amplified her presence online.
“People see photos on Instagram and instantly recognise it isn’t your average baby class venue. It’s calm, purposeful, and luxurious. That’s all down to having this wonderful space at The Hawthorns.”
A Warm Recommendation
When asked what she would say to someone considering a unit at The Hawthorns, Emily’s enthusiasm is evident:
“I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. From day one the support and guidance I’ve received has been incredible. If you’re looking for a workspace that’s more than just four walls – a place that truly enhances your brand, inspires your creativity, and supports your growth – The Hawthorns is it.”
She’s excited about the future of the estate, too.
“I’d love to see a little coffee shop or perhaps a cake van here. It would add another layer of charm to an already beautiful location.”

At Zentrin Baby, Emily has created something extraordinary, and the part played by The Hawthorns is clear to see – it is a sanctuary both she and her clients cherish.
Whether you’re an established entrepreneur or in the early stages of your business, The Hawthorns could be the unique, serene, and supportive start you’ve been searching for.
